His expertise extends across F&B strategy, financial modelling, and end-to-end operational leadership, aligning concepts with market demand and long-term asset performance.

Alison is an expert within her field, with over 30 years of global experience across luxury hotels, Michelin-starred restaurants, and bars. She specialises in food and beverage strategy, venue openings, and operational leadership, having overseen more than 60 restaurant and bar launches across Australasia and Japan during her tenure with InterContinental Hotels Group. Alison is recognised for developing high-performing teams and commercially successful concepts, underpinned by a strong commitment to sustainability, community, and industry advancement.

Kerrie is a passionate advocate for Indigenous empowerment, serving on multiple boards and championing equity, inclusion, and a reconciled future for Australia.
